By using Stanzax you agree to these Terms. Stanzax is a licensed real estate brokerage; Cosmos is an AI assistant that supports — but does not replace — the work of licensed agents and brokers. Legal, fiduciary, and binding decisions are the responsibility of your licensed human agent.

Use of the service

You agree not to misuse the service, and to comply with all applicable laws including the Fair Housing Act, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
